The EveFit Workout

EveFit isn’t just a workout. It’s an experience. Our program was designed by a Master Trainer, and implements tools used by the best across the industry.
Your EveFit instructor will work with you for 20 minutes as you strengthen your heart and lungs on treadmills, adaptive motion trainers and water rowers.
Then, she’ll guide you through 20 minutes of strengthening your muscles on state of the art functional training machines.
Finally, you’ll stretch your muscles during 20 minutes of yoga for a toned, lean look.
The result? Results. The EveFit program is a thorough workout that targets each of your muscle groups.
The EveFit workout is based on a concept called interval heart rate training. As you work out, you’ll wear a heart rate monitor, which tracks your effort as you exercise. These levels of effort are called zones.

The Interval Heart Rate Training Zones

There are five zones in interval heart rate training.
• Zone 1 – You’re just getting started. Your heart rate monitor will show that you’re in Zone 1 while you warm up, preparing your body for exercise.
• Zone 2 - You’re still able to hold a conversation while you’re in Zone 2, but it’s getting more difficult.
• Zone 3 – While you’re in Zone 3, you’re exercising a little harder, but you’re still not achieving optimal results.
• Zone 4 – Now you’ve got it! When you’re working out in Zone 4, you’re going to feel it in your body and even in your breathing. Our trained instructors will help you maintain a heart rate level that works for your level of fitness.
• Zone 5 – Workouts are as tough as they get! Talk to your doctor and your fitness trainer about whether a Zone 5 workout is right for you.

EveFit fitness instructors will work with you as you exercise, checking on you and your heart rate monitor to ensure that your workout stays in a safe Zone.

The Interval Heart Rate Training Difference

The EveFit workout was designed to maximize the benefits you receive from interval heart rate training. Your workout will alternate between high and low intensity exercise, so that you get the most from your workout.

Interval heart rate training has a ton of benefits, including:
• It’s efficient! With interval heart rate training, you’ll get the maximum benefit from your workout in just an hour.
• It’s a great way to build endurance. As you work out, you’ll notice that you can push harder, for longer. That’s because your heart and your body are getting stronger.
• It boosts your metabolism. Your body will be burning fat up to 36 hours after you work out!
• It’s safer. Wearing your heart rate monitor while you exercise ensures that you stay in a safe zone. You’re less likely to suffer injury and you’ll keep your heart healthy.
